officers from the Investigation and Suppression Division of the Customs Department arrested two foreign passengers while they were preparing to depart from Suvarnabhumi Airport to their destination in Ghana and seized their luggage which contained heroin. Mr. Phanthong Loikulnan, advisor on tax collection development and management, as a spokesman for the Customs Department, revealed that he had received intelligence information that there would be drug smuggling out of the country, so a plan was made to arrest them.
